In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "y9999" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the y9999 online gaming platform operated at y9999.ws and all associated services, products, and features accessible thereunder.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on y9999 or who accesses any part of the y9999 platform, whether or not they have completed registration.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered player account created on the y9999 platform through which the Player accesses gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" refers to the PKR-denominated funds held within a Player's y9999 account, including real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's account under a y9999 promotion, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by y9999 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which the use of online gambling services is unlawful under applicable local law, from which y9999 does not accept registrations.
• "PSL" refers to the Pakistan Super League cricket competition and all associated fixtures offered within y9999's sportsbook.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole functional currency of the y9999 platform.

By accessing y9999.ws, creating a Player Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the y9999 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and y9999. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and, if applicable, request account closure via our support team.

Each Player is entitled to register and maintain one (1) account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.

y9999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your y9999 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

y9999 strongly recommends that all Players:

• Use a strong, unique password not reused across other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the account security settings dashboard.
• Never share account credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Log out of their account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify y9999 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to their account.

y9999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials, or where the Player has voluntarily shared login details with a third party.

All activity conducted through a registered Player account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by the account holder unless y9999 has been formally notified of a security compromise prior to such activity taking place.

All financial transactions on the y9999 platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). y9999 does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made through supported Pakistani payment methods.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, 1LINK, and Cash OTC at authorised agents.

The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 100.
• Maximum deposit limits may be set by y9999 at the platform level and may also be subject to limits imposed by individual payment providers.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the player wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to fund the account or that has been verified through the KYC process as belonging to the account holder.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Raast are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours during standard banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm PKT).
• y9999 may require completion of KYC identity verification before processing a Player's first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a defined threshold amount.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to applicable wagering requirements being fully met prior to the withdrawal request being submitted.

y9999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement) before they may be withdrawn as real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly for each promotion.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. • Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been converted through full wagering requirement completion within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited from the Player's account without compensation.
• Maximum Withdrawal Cap: Certain promotions may impose a maximum withdrawal limit on winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Where applicable, this cap is stated explicitly in the promotion terms.
• Minimum Odds (Sportsbook Bonuses): Where a bonus is applicable to sports betting, minimum odds requirements per selection may apply. Bets placed below minimum qualifying odds will not contribute towards wagering requirements.
• Bonus Abuse: y9999 monitors all bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay. Where such patterns are identified, y9999 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus funds, close the associated bet(s), and suspend the account.

All betting and gaming activity on the y9999 platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type and market, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

General Rules applicable to all gaming activity:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. y9999 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets under normal circumstances.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting event, y9999 reserves the right to void the affected round, settle at the last verifiable game state, or take such other action as is fair and reasonable in the circumstances.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. y9999's games are independently tested for fairness by internationally accredited testing laboratories.
• In-play sportsbook markets may be suspended or voided at y9999's discretion where events occur that materially affect the integrity or fairness of the market, including but not limited to player injuries, pitch invasions, power failures, weather interruptions, and DLS method applications in cricket.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming activity and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

Cricket & Sportsbook Specific Rules:

• PSL and international cricket match bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or PSL governing committee). y9999's sportsbook rules define minimum overs requirements for match and innings markets to be considered valid.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, tied, or decided by Super Over, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in y9999's sportsbook rules documentation, available within the sportsbook section of the platform.
• y9999 reserves the right to restrict or limit a Player's access to specific sports markets or stake sizes at its sole discretion, including for risk management purposes, without being required to provide specific reasons.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y9999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits, or providing false identity documentation during KYC.
• Money Laundering: Using y9999 to deposit, process, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to otherwise facilitate money laundering in contravention of applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Collusion: Colluding with other Players or with platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one y9999 account, whether in your own name or under any alias or third-party identity.
• Underage Gambling: Registering for or using y9999 services if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access to the platform by any person under 21 years of age.
• Automated Activity: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with legitimate human player activity.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software errors, system glitches, pricing mistakes, or any other platform malfunction to obtain an unfair financial advantage.
• Arbitrage & Match Fixing: Engaging in sports betting arbitrage strategies across multiple platforms, or having any involvement in the fixing, influencing, or manipulation of sporting events.
• Abuse of Staff: Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate language towards y9999 support agents or any other member of platform staff.

y9999 is fully committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm among its Player base. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligation to provide appropriate safeguards extremely seriously.

Tools available to all y9999 account holders, free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your y9999 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on your net gaming losses. Once a loss limit is reached, gaming and betting activity is suspended for the remainder of the limit period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y9999's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Player's account, or the use of the y9999 platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

y9999 accepts no liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, business opportunity, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical malfunctions beyond y9999's reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures, telecommunications disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account sharing, credential compromise, or use of prohibited methods.
• The content, availability, or accuracy of any third-party websites, payment processors, or game providers accessible through or in connection with the y9999 platform.
• Any delay in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions, outside y9999's control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit y9999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

y9999 collects, processes, stores, and uses Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and forms part of the overall agreement between y9999 and each Player.

By registering an account with y9999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of:

• KYC identity and age verification in compliance with applicable regulatory standards.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to y9999's operating jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution Process:
